I led the kickoffs, locking scope, requirements, and timeline with the client. Then the design work itself, sometimes solo, sometimes directing illustrators and UI designers depending on what the project needed.

Over several years the role grew well past design: I did the brand, helped conceive products, shaped strategy, and worked day to day with the founders, engineers, and marketing to run the roadmap.

Also led research across interviews, split tests, and analytics. I took multiple products from concept to market. Paladin grew past $30M TVL; the marketplaces did $16M in combined volume.
