Co-led product strategy for a crypto super-app unifying CEX-grade trading, automated portfolio management, and neobanking into a single experience. Helped ground the roadmap in real evidence—running 20+ user validation interviews and translating what we learned into a prioritized feature set scoped to engineering capacity.
Developed the brand design and built the design system and component library from the ground up, coordinating delivery across browser extension and mobile so the product stayed consistent everywhere it shipped. Contributed to the product roadmap and go-to-market prep through testnet launch.

A full-stack financial dashboard for high-net-worth traders. Positions, performance, and risk in a single glance. I shipped it solo, and two features did the heavy lifting.
The first combines four live market feeds into one view that keeps working even when a provider goes down. The second is a research pipeline: it pulls from around ten sources, including blogs, social, and transcribed podcasts, then uses AI to flag only what's relevant to a user's watchlist. It was built to cut daily market review roughly in half.
Every decision got tested in code the same day it was drawn.

Founding designer at a DeFi money market. Over several years the role grew well past design: I did the brand, helped conceive products, shaped strategy, and worked day to day with the founders, engineers, and marketing to run the roadmap.
I built the user-research program from scratch (interviews, A/B tests, on-chain analytics), and it drove a 22% retention lift. I took the Quest and Warden marketplaces from concept to ship. Paladin grew past $30M TVL; the marketplaces did $16M in combined volume.
